Harbor Paper is an inclusive stationery design company specializing in custom wedding stationery. We create stationery that feels personal to you and your special day! Our expertise is not limited to weddings - we’re happy to help with paper goods for any special occasion.

Meet the Owner

Käthe (“kay-ta”) has been honing her craft as a stationer and calligrapher for most of her life. While she loves working on the physical pieces, one of her favorite parts of the design process is getting to know her clients and what’s most important to them. This knowledge allows her to design personalized stationery that fits any event aesthetic while also utilizing her expertise to provide designs accessible to every client.

Around age 9 or 10, Käthe started working on hand lettering. Early on, it looked like writing the alphabet in different fonts or mimicking her teachers’ handwriting. Later, it resulted in elaborate notes for college classes and designing family Christmas cards. Now, she is thrilled to be able to use her calligraphy to help personalize stationery suites.

While calligraphy is where she began, Käthe loves each part of the stationery design and production process.

Käthe lives in the Twin Cities in Minnesota with her husband and their sweet dog, Mabel. Outside of Harbor Paper, you can find her doing photography, dancing and teaching at a local studio, and spending time with family, friends, and the menagerie of pets they bring.

She is so excited to put her passions to work to help you create a stress-free and memorable event with personalized stationery.
